JC-7700 is a non-hydrolyzable silicone surfactant has been developed especially for manufacture of rigid polyurethane foams. Which have fine and uniform closed cell structure and makes the foam have extreme F thermal conductivity(K-factor). In addition, the product provides excellent liquidity and dimensional stability .
Performance and features:Provide fine closed cell distribution and superior thermal conductivity.Good shear stability , reducing voids.While providing the best thermal conductivity for foam, the system also has excellent fluidity.Suitable for systems such as household appliances, solar energy, and panels.Typical use level is 2.0-2.5 parts per hundred of polyol.
