Product Description

JC-510Z is a polyurethane prepolymer stabilized by a low viscosity solvent. It is a thermocuring, quick demoulding, highly processable and low viscosity binder, especially used for rebonding of crushed flexible foam.
 

Manufacturing Directions

Blend

Under the condition of stirring for a certain period of time, S JC-510Z should be sprayed with the approximate proportion of 5% to 10% of the mass of crushed foams, keep stirring till uniform (about 3 to 5 mins). Then spray clean water into the mixture in the approximate proportion of 5% of the mass of crushed foams, continue to stir for 1 to 2 mins, then place the mixture in the mold box, spread it flat and pressurize.
 

Moulding
Under the condition of steam heating, it generally should take 10 to 20 mins to curing and moulding. At normal temperature, it generally should take 60 to 90 mins in summer and 80 to 120 mins in winter.
 

Cutting

It is recommended that the products should be cut 1 day after they are out of the mold box.
